Who We Are
Tuxxin is the outsourced IT department for mid-size businesses, covering everything they run online. Tuxxin LLC was founded in 2011 and is headquartered in Orlando, Florida.
One annual contract covers websites, SEO and content; customer, dispatcher and driver portals and custom software; servers and cloud; email, phones and DNS; backups and on-site fallback; cybersecurity and threat hunting; and automation and AI.
Our clients are owners and COOs who run their companies without an in-house IT department. Desktop, laptop and printer support stays with their office staff or desktop provider, and Tuxxin works alongside them.

Tuxxin maintains your systems on hardware and accounts your company owns.
Assessment First
Most clients begin with a fixed-price IT cost and security assessment, from $2,500. It includes a prioritized 90-day plan.
On-Site Fallback
We build fallback systems in your office. At Houston's Courier, an on-site standby server keeps a fresh copy of the database and can take over in under 30 minutes.
You Keep the Keys
Your accounts, hardware and credentials stay in your company's name, with documented runbooks you keep.
Support Hours
Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm ET. Contract clients also get an after-hours line for outages and security incidents.
The Stack We Run
Daniel Jones
Founder Daniel Jones has run Linux since the late 1990s and production servers since the early 2000s, starting with Half-Life and Counter-Strike game servers. Daniel also founded NationVoice, a nationwide Ventrilo voice-server network (2003-2010); worked two contracts with Highwinds CDN; and co-founded Custom Cornhole Boards Inc., an Orlando manufacturer (2014-2025).
